As such, over the course of recent years we have consolidated technological services such as i22 works and Hashtag Viral under Freeway Digital. We also strongly believe in giving back to the community. Hence, we strive to participate in community initiatives and events. Yet, together with our growth and development, our foundation continues to lay on avid attention to customer service which is at the core of our business principles.
Freeway Toyota was established in 1981, during the Apartheid era. It was originally based in Nancefield Industrial between a squatter camp and a sewerage plant. In 2002 the franchise relocated to Ormonde, Johannesburg, which is a prime area in terms of accessibility to a variety of customers.
Over the years, The Freeway Group has grown from being a family owned business to incorporating many new and innovative divisions. However, we remain a family owned business at the core and as such, our ethos remain the same. We value customer service and run on the premise that that the “client is always right”. This ensures that you receive optimal service delivery from us regardless of whether you are an individual client or a huge fleet buyer.
